Make a great gift for any occasion!
We have pleasure to welcome you to our restaurant and serve you genuine Thai food in the heart of Chiang Mai’s famous Nightbazaar.
Our chef Gor takes Thai food one step further by enhancing authentic recipes with his own style which he has refined since 1996 when he first started up the restaurant in far-away Alaska.
"Lemon Grass Restaurant This friendly Thai restaurant, not far from the heart of the night bazaar, specializes in curries and sea food dishes. Unlike so many venues in that area it offers exceptionally fair prices, pleasant service and has a laid back feel that many will find endearing."
Every plate is balance of sweet, salty, and sour — even dessert.

"Taste delicious Thai food at Lemongrass. Making Fairbanks Hotter Since 1996"
Enjoy an exotic blend of Thai cuisine made with the freshest ingredients, hand selected by our chefs from Alaska Grown, local organic farms. Our vegetarian dishes are full of amazing flavors and sure to please. Just mention vegan only to our servers and enjoy the freshness and crunchiness!
We use wild caught Alaskan Halibut and Scallops. Not only this helps supports the state economy, Alaskan seafood is also pure, natural seafood as nature has intended! Whether with Red Curry or Stir-fry with Ginger, Alaskan Seafood combine with our Thai cooking style is a must try!
We want to help change the world - and more importantly our local Fairbanks community we serve - by using sustainable disposable products.
